Walker fan products after sale service, we particularly agree as follows:

1. Quality Assurance

Division I will be in strict accordance with the GB and ISO9001:2000 requirements for production and management, the bidding equipmentshall meet the requirements of the tender and the laws and regulations of the state.

Warranty period: Shanghai Walker General Equipment Co. Ltd. solemnly promise: one hundred and free installation and commissioning qualityassurance two months on the qualified bidding equipment on the production of the company.

2. Ensure the delivery as stipulated in the contract delivery time, technical service to the scene according to the requirement of the time,including inspection (refers to the appearance of packaging, inspection and number), on-site installation, installation and commissioning,guide drive pre-sale service.

3. For equipment related to the contract equipment purchase tender side, I can assure the initiative to provide equipment interface requirementsand meet the technical conditions of the data, provide some technical support services when necessary.

4. The interface file the tender side needs and technical conditions of Division I will take the initiative to provide, when necessary, provide the technical support to the demand side, can smoothly as soon as possible to complete the docking system.

5. The bidding Equipment Division I will be lifelong tracing service, for the bid to establish internal equipment files, regular follow-up visits. The warranty period of normal operation of damaged parts from our side is provided free of charge, is responsible for the maintenance, the buyerdoes not bear any cost, warranty damaged equipment, Division I will be in accordance with the requirements of the buyer for repair or replacement, the consumer need not assume any charges outside accessories and artificial.

6. Equipment installation is completed, I Division for the buyer paid training 2 to 4 equipment maintenance engineer.

7. Division will be open round the clock service hotline, providing after-sales service response time for the buyer. After receiving the warranty,within 1 hours to make a solution within 8 hours will appoint experienced after-sales service engineers to the scene, and solve the problem in1~2 days.

8. After the repair, we will follow the observation in 15 days, ensure that the equipment can run normally.
