Product features

-Oriented from European advanced technology: High efficiency, low noise;

-Conduct European advanced blades, total pressure efficiency up to 88%, static pressure efficiency up to 85%;

-Precise wheel balance and final balance:

-All wheels are statically and dynamically balanced;

-Import bearings are standard (including motor bearings) to improve the whole unit reliability;

-Bearing life (L10) in excess of 100000 hours at the maximum fan RPM;

-High-quality motor is standard, S1 continuous operation, 7X24 hours design, class B temperature rise;

-The ratio for transmitted power of drive parts such as coupling reaches above 150%, long service life, high reliability;

 

-Long service life design:

-Service life for the whole unit up to 30 years (under standard conditions):

-Components should be electrostatic epoxy coated to provide good adhesion, fine anti-corrosion, anti-rust and UV-resistant characteristics.

-Design life for the whole unit in excess of 30 years under standard conditions, the first heavy repair time is above 26,000 hours (standard conditions refer to dry ambient under normal temperature and atmosphere pressure without corrosive gases)

 

-Precise processes:

-Blades cut by laser and formed from mould, special tools used for inspection;

-Specified revolving platform is used to make precise location to decrease weld deformation efficiently;

-Inert-gas welding is applied to housing and wheel to improve welding quality and decrease deformation;

-Special cushion block under bearing decreases bearing vibration and improves bearing installation accuracy;
